The location and staff were great. I was pretty disappointed the first night we were there. There was a wedding that pounded music until 5 am in the morning and caused us to not be able to sleep at all. For a hotel to not consider their guests in this situation is pretty disappointing. And from a hospitality standpoint a huge no-no.

My mum and I really enjoyed our stay at the Mondrian. It had everything we needed — a diverse and delicious breakfast, very helpful staff and a concierge, and walking distance to the beautiful streets of Condesa. The streets below our room could get pretty lively at night but Mexico City is. Lively place! Overall it didn’t disturb us.

Clean, centrally located, with very friendly and helpful staff. Housekeeping was great. Drinks at Skybar were delicious with sweeping views on the rooftop. Nice pastries in the coffee bar downstairs.

I just love this hotel. Whenever I go to Mexico City, I stay at Mondrian Mexico City Condesa. You don't feel like just another guest there. The staff attends you very well and cares for your wellbeing. The rooftop bar/restaurant is very enjoyable and relaxed.

The breakfast was amazing although I would have preferred not to have loud music early in the morning. The location is perfect. Lots of nice things to do and see right in the area. The staff was amazing. They found out it was my birthday and sent me to the rooftop bar for a drink. While i was up there, they loaded my room up with balloons and gifts. And...when I was very sick, they went above and beyond in taking care of me.

Room was great apart from a large Pillar in one corner that effectively reduced the space by one quarter. Fabulous location in Condesa..Great front of house and concierge service.

We loved everything about this hotel. The service and cleanliness were amazing. Our daughter had an emergency and the hotel doctors were incredible. The rooftop was our favorite place to have breakfast, cocktails and dinner. The location is great because you can walk in Condesa.

The location and the price. The staff was friendly and the facilities decent. Considering the rate, the hotel was very satisfactory.
